Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping at Outback Supply Co! Here are all the terms and conditions you need to know around shipping and returns.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days so please allow extra days in transit. If we expect significant delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to PO boxes

If you need your items delivered to a post office box or other holding address, please specify this as your delivery address.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

Outback Supply Co not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

Outback Supply Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  

RETURNS

If you change your mind and want to return your product, you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After this, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will issue a refund of the original purchase amount to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You can then order the correct size or style under a new order.

 

Shipping return, refund or exchange items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including for product exchanges. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
